ROXXY® BL-Outrunners are state-of-the-art 14-pole brushless outrunners with neodymium magnets. The ROXXY® BL-Outrunners provide high torque combined with high efficiency over a wide power spectrum. This makes these motors ideally suited for direct drive. Whether for electric motor gliders, large gliders, or motor aircraft models: these motors are used whenever powerful propulsion of large propellers is required.
All ROXXY® BL-Outrunner motors share the following characteristics:
- High efficiency due to maximum copper fill factor and the use of high-quality neodymium magnets
- Smooth running due to large precision ball bearings
- Double-sided mounting possible
The ROXXY® motors of the D and CA series are additionally equipped with a third ball bearing. This thin-section bearing improves concentricity and precision, prevents twisting of the motor bell, and thus ensures smooth motor operation.
Application:
- For electric gliders up to approx. 5500g
- Scale and sport models up to approx. 3400g
- Aerobatic and 3D models up to approx. 2300g
