ROXXY® BL-Outrunners are state-of-the-art 14-pole brushless outrunner motors with neodymium magnets. ROXXY® BL-Outrunners provide high torque in conjunction with high efficiency over a wide power range. This makes these motors optimally suited for direct drive applications. Whether electric gliders, large gliders or model aircraft: whenever powerful propulsion for large propellers is required, these motors are used.
All ROXXY® BL-Outrunner motors share the following features:
- High efficiency due to maximum copper fill factor and the use of high-quality neodymium magnets
- Smooth running due to large precision ball bearings
- Dual-sided mounting possible
ROXXY® motors of the D and CA series are additionally equipped with a third ball bearing. This thin-section bearing improves concentricity and precision, prevents distortion of the motor bell, and thus ensures smooth motor operation.
Application:
- For electric gliders up to approx. 9500g
- Scale and sport models up to approx. 5000g
- Aerobatic and 3D models up to approx. 3500g
