ROXXY® BL-Outrunners are state-of-the-art 14-pole brushless outrunner motors with neodymium magnets. ROXXY® BL-Outrunners provide high torque in conjunction with high efficiency across a broad power spectrum. This makes these motors optimally suited for direct drive. Whether for electric gliders, large gliders, or model airplanes: these motors are used whenever powerful large propellers need to be driven.
All ROXXY® BL-Outrunner motors share the following characteristics:
- High efficiency due to maximum copper fill factor and the use of high-quality neodymium magnets
- Smooth running due to large precision ball bearings
- Mounting possible on both sides
The ROXXY® - motors of the D and CA series are additionally equipped with a third ball bearing. This thin-ring bearing improves concentricity and precision, prevents twisting of the motor bell, and thus ensures smooth motor operation.
Application:
- For electric gliders up to approx. 17000g
- Scale and sport models up to approx. 9000g
- Aerobatic and 3-D models up to approx. 6000g
