RadioLink T12D Transmitter with R12F Receiver, 12-channel FHSS Transmitter

The RadioLink T12D is a 12-channel computer transmitter for hobby model builders. It allows basic functions such as servo reverse to be set and features a range of mixers for controlling a wide variety of models – including acrobatic motor models, gliders, multi-copters, cars and other land vehicles, and boats. It has a practical casing with a classic and proven ergonomic control concept and feels very comfortable in the hand.

Controls:
Precise gimbals with adjustable centering springs and the option to change them (Mode 1 or 2). This allows you to freely select the operating modes for gimbals 1–4. The digital trims feature acoustic signals for step sequence and center position. They are arranged slightly eccentrically and are easy to reach. Additional channels can be controlled with two rotary knobs on the front and two rotary controls with centering on the back of the transmitter. Four switches (three 3-position and one 2-position switch) can be used as channel switches or to turn program functions on/off. A pair of buttons and a programming wheel/programming button, along with a 2.8-inch color LCD display with a resolution of 320×240 pixels, enable easy programming. The transmitter uses the freeRTOS operating system.

Transmitter Power Supply:
The T12D can be powered by various sources: 8 alkaline AA batteries or NIMH rechargeable batteries, inserted into the holder supplied with the transmitter, 2- to 4-cell LiPo or Li-Ion packs. Power can also be supplied from a mobile phone power bank via the USB-C port.

Transmission System:
The T12D transmitter uses FHSS transmission with frequency hopping to ensure long range, reliability, and interference immunity. For the internal RF part, three FHSS transmission protocols with different transmission speeds can be selected (14 ms for analog servos, 4 ms/3 ms for digital servos), depending on the type of RadioLink receiver and servos. When using a telemetry receiver, telemetry can be transmitted from both the receiver and the connected RadioLink flight control unit, if used. For cooperation with external modules, the bidirectional ELRS and CRSF V2 protocols are available.

Programs:
The T12D offers programs for eight model types – classic airplanes, flying wings/delta wings, multi-copters, helicopters, cars, boats, tracked vehicles/tanks, and robots. The transmitter allows collaboration with RadioLink control units for aircraft, drones, vehicles, or even fishing boats, including the corresponding telemetry.

The R12F receiver included in the set allows selecting multiple channel output modes (12 PWM outputs for classic servos, 11xPWM + S.BUS, 9xPWM+S.BUS+RX/TX CRSF, 10xPWM + RX/TX CRSF) with combinations of PWM outputs for classic servos, S.BUS serial output, and input/output for CRSF.
You can easily connect classic servos, S.BUS servos, and other devices, control units, etc. to it.

Telemetry:

• When using the internal FHSS RF part and RadioLink telemetry receivers, receiver supply voltage and RSSI signal strength information is available. With the R16F receiver, it is also possible to measure and display the voltage of, for example, a drive battery up to 6S LiPo on the transmitter. You can also set thresholds for warning signals for weak signal or low voltage. When using the RadioLink control unit, telemetry data from this unit can be displayed.
• When using the external RF module with CRSF protocol and the corresponding receiver, telemetry from that receiver can be displayed.
