Das CM12 zeichnet sich durch seinen extrem weiten Einsatzbereich aus – von 1:12 bis 1:10 RC Pan Cars über den Flugmodellbau bis hin zu Boots- und Funktionsmodellen. Die flexible Betriebsspannung von 3,7 Volt bis hin zu 8,4 Volt sorgt für maximale Performance in jedem Setup.
Mit einer Bauhöhe von nur 12 mm bietet das flache CM12 mit bis zu 7,5 kgf.cm Torque @ 8,4V eine extrem hohe Stellkraft für seine Größe. Das innovative Hybrid-Gehäuse aus Aluminium und Polycarbonat ist sowohl für die stehende als auch für die liegende Montage vorgesehen; nicht benötigte, seitliche Montagelaschen können dafür einfach abgetrennt werden. Um die Präzision auf ein Maximum zu heben, ist das obere Gehäuseteil komplett aus Aluminium gefertigt.
Eine echte Besonderheit ist der extra große Abtrieb mit robuster 25T-6 Verzahnung, der selbst bei hohen Belastungen für spielfreie Kraftübertragung und eine überragende Kompatibilität mit Standard-Servohebeln sorgt.
