The SA-1230SG+ is an extremely powerful standard-size servo that is very well suited for use in aircraft models. Of course, it can also be used in RC cars. Another option is its application as a swashplate servo for scale helicopters up to the 700 class.
Please note, due to the larger motor, the SA-1230SG+ is 5mm deeper than normal standard servos!
The new + version of the well-known SA-1230SG+ servo differs minimally from its predecessor in terms of appearance and technology. A soft start, which slowly moves the servo into the starting position when switched on, and the Sanwa SSR mode characterize the + version.
The SA-1230SG+ servo is specially designed for use in aircraft models. The "A" in SA stands for Aircraft. The gearbox and software are optimized for this application; the low-play titanium gearbox proves to be extremely robust and reliable. The software has also been adapted, with optimized holding power around the neutral position. Appropriately reinforced servo arms included in the scope of delivery are specially designed for aircraft models.
