ADDV-25 BLUE is a pourable, addition-curing 2-component RTV silicone rubber especially suitable for reproducing models with undercuts using polyurethane and epoxy resins.

Now NEW in a squeeze bottle.

Since both components are matched to each other in batches, we only supply complete containers. Individual purchase of silicone and hardener is not possible here.

No reaction heat is generated during vulcanization, so even larger quantities (e.g. 10 kg) can be poured without the risk of overheating.

If heat is applied during curing (e.g. in a heating cabinet or oven), the vulcanization time is halved for every 10 °C increase in temperature. Heat thus accelerates the cross-linking reaction. The max. recommended curing temperature is 70 °C.

Attention:
Cannot be processed with our universal colour pastes.

Air incorporated during mixing can be removed by vacuuming in a desiccator. This makes the silicone maximally free of air bubbles.

With all devices and tools used, care should be taken to ensure that no other materials such as epoxy resins or condensation-curing silicones have been processed with them previously. Addition-curing silicones may react to impurities with curing disturbances.
