• Very good resistance to casting resins, especially polyurethane and epoxy resins, for very high number of castings
• Temperature resistant up to approx. 180 °C
• Suitable for food contact according to BfR and FDA

Silicone 4641 is a new high-performance molding compound particularly suitable for reproducing models with undercuts using polyester, polyurethane and epoxy resins.

Due to the transparency of the vulcanized silicone, it is possible to "look into" the mold from the outside when casting reproductions. A key application is vacuum casting for rapid prototyping.

Since both components are matched batch by batch, we only supply complete containers. Individual purchase of silicone and hardener is not possible here.

• Pot life: 100 minutes
• Demoldable: after 15 h at 23 °C (at 70 °C after 30 min)
• Mixing viscosity: 30,000 mPa·s (= still pourable)
