KDSV-10 is a pourable, condensation-curing 2-component silicone rubber with low viscosity.
Very soft, for models with strong undercuts.

- Pot life: 140 minutes
- Demouldable after: 10-12 h
Variants: Mixing ratios from 100 : 2 to 100 : 5 Pot life (100 g in cup at 23 °C):
- 100 : 2 = approx. 140 minutes
- 100 : 3 = approx. 70 minutes
- 100 : 4 = approx. 40 minutes
- 100 : 5 = approx. 20 minutes
Demouldable after: approx. 60 minutes to 12 hours, depending on hardener quantity

No reaction heat is generated during vulcanization, so even larger quantities (e.g. 10 kg) can be poured without the risk of overheating.
