The SparkSwitch RS is a powerful ignition switch in a compact design with speed measurement and voltage regulation for 6V ignitions. With the SparkSwitch RS, the ignition can be conveniently switched on and off from the transmitter. The switching status is always recognized via the external LED or telemetry status message. Thus, the SparkSwitch RS not only simplifies handling with gasoline engines, but also increases safety. The engine can be quickly switched off in emergency situations, such as a defective throttle servo.

An important feature is the galvanic isolation of the receiver system from the ignition. Both the switching process and the speed feedback of the ignition are optically isolated from the receiver. Thus, a defective shield on the ignition or other interferences do not cause disturbances in the sensitive receiver system.

The tachometer input can be connected directly to the tachometer output of the ignition (if available). For ignitions that do not have a tachometer connection, there is a separate pickup RPM-Probe, which can be connected in parallel to the Hall sensor. The speed data can be transmitted to all common telemetry systems: the SparkSwitch RS automatically recognizes the connected system, so no settings via USB interface are required.
