The new Black Belt blade series incorporates years of experience, scientifically proven wind tunnel results, and pilot preferences. The blade profile meets today's high-performance motor standards. The rotor blade is adapted to the rotational speed of the rotor at every point. This leads to a significant increase in efficiency, which is noticeable through improved response to cyclic inputs, more uniform stopping behavior, and much faster acceleration. The bore for the blade retention bolt is now realized by the mold, meaning the fibers are no longer damaged by subsequent drilling. This ensures significantly higher strength with the same material usage. The use of a new type of carbon fiber provides better fiber coverage, further increasing strength. For safety reasons, the number of Kevlar fibers has been multiplied to meet the trend of ever-increasing rotational speeds.
The design is optimized for the best possible attitude recognition in all weather conditions. Furthermore, great attention has been paid to balancing, ensuring a tolerance of less than 0.05g.
