Years of experience, scientifically proven wind tunnel results, and pilot preferences have been incorporated and implemented into the new blade series, the Black Belts. The blade profile meets today's high-performance engine standards. The rotor blade is adapted to the rotor's rotational speed at every point. This leads to a significant increase in efficiency, which is noticeable through better response to cyclic inputs, smoother stopping behavior, and much faster acceleration. The hole for the blade retention screw is now realized through the mold, meaning the fibers are no longer damaged by subsequent drilling. This ensures significantly higher strength with the same material usage. The use of a new type of carbon fiber ensures better fiber coverage, which further increases strength. For safety reasons, the number of Kevlar fibers has been multiplied to meet the trend of ever-increasing rotational speeds.
The design is optimized for the best possible flight attitude recognition in all weather conditions. Furthermore, a strong focus has been placed on balancing, ensuring a tolerance of less than 0.05g.
