Years of experience, scientifically proven wind tunnel results, and pilot preferences have been incorporated and implemented into the new blade series, the Black Belts. The blade profile meets today's high-performance engine standards. The rotor blade is adapted to the rotor's rotational speed at every point. This leads to a significant increase in efficiency, which is noticeable through improved response to cyclic inputs, more uniform stopping behavior, and much faster acceleration. The hole for the blade retention screw is now created by the mold, so the fibers are no longer damaged by subsequent drilling. This ensures significantly higher strength with the same material usage. The use of a new type of carbon fiber provides better fiber coverage, further increasing strength. For safety reasons, the number of Kevlar fibers has been multiplied to meet the trend of ever-increasing rotational speeds.
The design is optimized for the best possible attitude recognition in all weather conditions. Furthermore, a strong focus was placed on balancing, ensuring a tolerance of less than 0.05g.
