The new Black Belt blade series incorporates and implements years of experience, scientifically proven wind tunnel results, and pilot preferences. The blade profile meets today's high performance standards for motors. The rotor blade is adapted to the rotor's rotational speed at every point. This leads to a significant increase in efficiency, which is noticeable through improved responsiveness to cyclic inputs, more consistent stopping behavior, and much faster acceleration. The bore for the blade retention screw is now achieved through the molding process, so the fibers are no longer damaged by subsequent drilling. This ensures significantly higher strength with the same material usage. The use of a new type of carbon fiber provides better fiber coverage, further increasing strength. For safety reasons, the number of Kevlar fibers has been multiplied to meet the trend of ever-increasing rotational speeds.
The design is optimized for the best possible flight attitude recognition in all weather conditions. Furthermore, great attention was paid to balancing, ensuring a tolerance of less than 0.05g.
