Let your imagination, inventiveness, and creativity run wild with Super Board foam sheets. The new Super Board foam sheets from Pichler offer you the opportunity to develop and build your own models according to your wishes. Whether it's a glidder, remote-controlled aircraft model, vehicle model, or static model, the Vector Board is very versatile.
The Pichler Super Board is more robust and tear-resistant than EPP. Get started and build your gliding model; download a 3-view drawing of an original aircraft from the internet. Print it out and place it on the Super Board. Now just cut it out, assemble it, attach trim weight (it can be a 1 or 2 Euro cent coin), paint it, and your own glider is ready.
Wings, fuselages, and tail units can be made from the material. Decorations, e.g. for non-load-bearing parts or cockpit parts, can be made without problems. It is very suitable for making deep-drawn models.
 

Material Surface:

The Super Board foam sheet material was made as light as possible, as it is mostly about flying. Since the Super Board foam sheet material is cast in a block and then divided into different thicknesses,
the surface of the Super Board may look slightly different depending on the thickness. The casting process creates a kind of ice crystal look with streaks in the surface.
The material thickness has a tolerance of +/- 0.1-0.3 mm.

Processing:

The Super Board foam sheet can be cut with a router, laser, hot wire or a knife, or sawn with a fretsaw (fretsaw with a fine blade).
The Vector foam sheets can be glued with UHU por, hot glue, or superglue. You can paint it with felt-tip pens, crayons, acrylic paints, universal varnishes, watercolors, digital printing. 
If possible, you can also deep-draw the Super Board to create more elaborate shapes. Simple shapes can be bent with a heat gun.
