With the Swift 2100, AMXPlanes presents its first glider. The model is characterized by easy assembly, problem-free hand launching, and wonderful flight characteristics. A CFD method was used in the design of the aircraft to achieve the optimal lift-to-drag ratio. Thanks to its aerodynamic properties, the Swift 2100 glides smoothly and efficiently through the air, allowing for precise control and maneuvering.
Made from robust EPO foam, this glider is resistant to minor collisions and impacts. Carbon fiber reinforcements give the glider additional structural strength, ensuring the model remains stable and responsive even during dynamic flight maneuvers. The factory-installed propulsion system, with an efficient 3136/1000KV brushless motor and a Hobbywing 40A brushless ESC – paired with a 3S or 4S LiPo battery and a very efficient 10x6 folding propeller – provides plenty of thrust for fast climbs. Long flight times of up to 30 minutes are possible, depending on throttle management and the capacity of the chosen battery. 9g digital servos (6x) operate on all control surfaces, and the following functions are controllable: Motor/Throttle, Aileron, Flaps, Elevator, Rudder. The wheel mounted in the front fuselage section and the plastic parts on the wingtips and tail also allow for landings on harder surfaces.
With the Swift 2100, glider enthusiasts will experience an incomparable flight experience. Whether for leisurely thermal soaring or exciting aerobatic maneuvers – everyone will find full enjoyment thanks to the combination of performance and precision.
