Beschreibung:
Leichtes, weißes, weiches Pulver. Praktisch unlöslich in Wasser.

Dichte: 2,2 bis 2,8 g/cm³
Hygroskopizität: praktisch 0
Wassergehalt: < 1 %
Talkum vermindert den Schwund während der Aushärtung und führt bei den Spachtelmassen u. a. zu einer besseren Schleifbarkeit, vermindert jedoch die Hydrolysebeständigkeit. Talkum ist asbest- und quarzfrei.
