The "Triple R.E.S." has a wingspan of 199 cm and a higher V-shape than the "Triple Thermic". In accordance with RES competition regulations, the model is controlled only via rudder, elevator, and spoilers. The airfoil is designed for thermal flights and gives the model docile and powerful flight performance. The glider fuselage, with its slender design, offers excellent aerodynamic properties. The electric fuselage is only slightly wider at the front, can easily accommodate 28mm outrunner motors, and offers space for a 3s LiPo with approx. 2,500 mAh. Both fuselages share a removable canopy with magnetic locking and a fuselage cover on the underside, behind which the servos for the V-tail are hidden.
All models are built entirely from wood, thus following aero-naut's proven principle of model construction. The fuselage is built from poplar plywood and balsa. The innovative plug-in system enables quick and distortion-free assembly. The V-tail is also assembled from pre-laser-cut parts and glued on a specially included jig.
The wings are built in rib construction, have continuous pine spars and a box-like structure with grooves, so that assembly on any flat building board is quick and easy. The trailing edge planking is also grooved, so that no mistakes can be made with the position of the ribs. This enables even beginners in wooden model building to quickly get their own, perfectly built and well-flying model.
The kit is also ideal for youth work and for joint construction projects in clubs.

This completely newly developed model concept offers a beautifully shaped fuselage with a V-tail (can be built either as a glider or electric glider - both versions are included in the kit) and three different wingspans. All wings can be attached to the fuselage as desired. Without any tools, with strong magnetic locking. This allows for quick changes even at the flying field.

The model kit contains all laser-cut wooden parts for assembling the model, pine spars, rudder linkages and Bowden cables, various small parts.
A detailed illustrated building instruction in the proven aero-naut 3D style leads to quick building success.
