WeMoTec Impeller Pod 89 mm, complete with Midi Fan evo and Hacker E50L 2.5D

For those who find retractable jets too complex, but still don't want to miss out on the fun of impellers with their gliders, WeMoTec offers these attachable pods. They are primarily used on gliders used for aerobatics, where pure gliding is not the main focus. The pods are also used on speed models as attached fairings.
The pods are self-supporting and fully absorb the forces generated.
The set offered here is a ready-made solution for gliders with a takeoff weight of approx. 8-11 kg. The drive is designed for operation on 12S LiPo and draws approx. 110A continuous current when installed. The included Hacker motor is characterized by its exceptionally smooth running and is therefore particularly well suited for gliders. The thrust generated reaches 55 N. The drive is finely balanced, pre-installed in the pod, and cable extensions are attached, protruding from the bottom of the base.
The scope of delivery includes the GfK pod with base (white gelcoat), a suitable intake ring, the MD D12 nozzle, and the pre-assembled and finely balanced drive. An "all-round carefree package" therefore.
