The dimensions of the WingFix model stand are approximately 100 x 44 x 19 cm (LxWxH) without the "ears". The "ears" can be rotated so that the full support surface can be used. When the "ears" are vertical, the clear dimension is approximately 40 cm. On a keyboard stand, this results in a working height of 75 cm.

The WingFix ULTRA is the largest version of the WingFix model stand and is suitable for large jets. The significantly lower working height provides better accessibility for larger fuselages to the model and optimal stability in conjunction with the keyboard stand.

The design of the WingFix incorporates all the experience gained from previous products. In conjunction with a keyboard stand (28 – 30 mm tube diameter), it becomes a convenient assembly aid at the airfield.
To achieve the widest possible range of applications, the adjustable "ears" that hold the model can be set over a wide range from 10 mm to 40 cm. Slots are provided for this purpose. Threaded inserts are screwed into the adjustable "ears". To fix the "ears", they are clamped with ergonomically shaped wing screws with plastic grips.

The two central clamping screws and clamping strips ensure a durable connection between the WingFix and the keyboard stand. After loosening the screws in the connecting part, the WingFix can be easily assembled or disassembled. The WingFix is also suitable for the safe transport of larger fuselages in the car and as a model stand for crafting at home on the workbench. To further increase the range of applications, provisions have already been made for additional trays, transport handles, small feet, additional fixing options, and cup holders.

To ensure the widest possible range of applications, the following options are integrated:

• Stepless height adjustment, ideal for scale gliders and other models with narrow tails
• Wing holder for secure support of smaller models in wind and as an assembly aid for wing mounting
• Tray for small parts and tools, incl. magnetic holder
• Central clamping allows for a stable connection to the keyboard stand as well as easy assembly and disassembly.
• Narrow middle section to provide sufficient space for the landing gear of engine models
• Hooks for storing handheld transmitters

The wooden parts are CNC milled from high-quality and sturdy 15 mm birch plywood. The plug-in system makes the model stand additionally stable and easy to assemble.

The wooden parts are covered with 3 mm self-adhesive rubber at the contact points to ensure the model is held securely and not damaged.

In the Black Edition, the wood is additionally coated with a 240 g/m² thick phenolic resin coating, which makes the model stand particularly resistant.
