Zepsus Magnetic Switch DUO, without voltage regulator, 7A continuous/20A short-term.
Small and powerful magnetic switch for F5J. With this switch, the receiver can be switched on or off by passing a magnet over the switch, which is located inside the fuselage side wall.
The switch offers a redundant function, which in turn ensures safety. The switch selects the power source (battery or BEC) with the higher voltage; if the voltage is the same, power is drawn from both batteries and BECs.
The idea was to use a 1S Lipo / 4S NiMH or 2S Lipo as the receiver battery, depending on whether the 2S Lipo should be the main battery (2S) or the backup battery (1S Lipo / 4S NiMH). It is also possible, of course, to use the 5.5 volt BEC from the ESC.
If a battery or a BEC is removed or there is a short circuit, this does not affect the other battery or the output voltage.
When switched off, the magnetic switch has a very low power consumption (~30µA), so if a 1000mAh battery is connected, the battery can remain connected for a longer period without being deep-discharged.
The Zepsus magnetic switch has a built-in safety function: it "remembers" its state for at least 10 seconds if it is disconnected from the battery. This protects the switch against voltage interruptions caused by, for example, a bad battery connection etc.
The switch is "Made in Denmark".

All switches are tested with 10A for 30 seconds before delivery. Standby consumption is measured and a visual inspection is carried out.
