In the event of a hard landing, the high kinetic energy is largely absorbed by the rubber buffers, thereby protecting the landing gear and the model from damage. Installation is very simple and takes place between two half-frames.
With 1-3 rubber buffers, the damping can be optimally adjusted to practical requirements, depending on the model weight and landing gear size.
For cleaning and maintenance, the landing gear can be easily removed and installed by loosening the screws in the aluminum bearing block. The landing gear damping is compatible with all previously delivered FEMA-EZFW.
The damping set consists of the front aluminum bearing block, in which the landing gear is pivotally mounted, the rubber buffers, the damping rocker, and all necessary screws and nuts for assembly.
