14/20mm Double Fork Servo Arm for Futaba, Graupner/DES, Savöx and HiTec

This double fork arm is ideally suited for all linkages in a push/pull arrangement. To ensure that the high torque of modern digital servos can be transmitted to the rudder smoothly and without play, the fork servo arms have been designed for extreme loads. The force is transmitted centrally to the servo spline, which prevents the servo output from jamming. The servo arms are made from high-density carbon fiber reinforced plastic. At 300 °C and under high pressure, the arms are formed in hardened stainless steel molds. Since this process is similar to the manufacturing of highly stressed components in large aircraft construction, it has been adopted for the production of these servo arms. The result is a high-strength arm that does not shy away from comparison with aluminum. However, it is lighter and more vibration-resistant than aluminum. All servo arms are manufactured in Germany on state-of-the-art CNC machines.

The delivery includes a pre-installed ball joint item no. 993008. Optionally, you can also install ball joints item no. GG993009 (for M2.5 threaded rod) and item no. GG993010 (for M3 threaded rod). These are not included in the scope of delivery and must be ordered separately.
