24/30mm Double Fork Servo Arm for Futaba, Graupner/DES, Savöx and HiTec

This double fork arm is ideally suited for all linkages in push/pull arrangement. To ensure that the high torque of modern digital servos can be transmitted to the rudder smoothly and without play, the fork servo arms have been designed for extreme loads. The force is transmitted centrally to the servo gearing, which prevents jamming of the servo output. The servo arms are made of highly compressed carbon fiber reinforced plastic. At 300 °C and under high pressure, the arms get their appearance in hardened stainless steel molds. Since this process has similarities with the production of highly stressed components in large aircraft construction, it has been adopted for the production of these servo arms. The result is a high-strength arm that does not shy away from comparison with aluminum. However, it is lighter and more vibration-resistant than aluminum. All servo arms are manufactured in Germany on state-of-the-art CNC machines.

The delivery includes the pre-installed ball joint item no. 993008. Alternatively, you can also mount the ball joints item no. GG993009 (for threaded rod M2.5) and item no. GG993010 (for threaded rod M3). These are not included in the scope of delivery and must be ordered separately.
