Fork Rudder Horn 15mm with Ball Joint M2, VE 1 piece, Carbon Reinforced
Fork rudder arm made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic with a scale-like appearance.
The delivery includes a pre-installed ball joint (item no. 993008) and M2 screw connection with lock nut.
Alternatively, ball joints item no. 993009 for threaded rod M2.5 and item no. 993010 for threaded rod M3 can be installed.

- The rudder arms can be easily glued and painted.
The fork rudder arms are made of highly compressed carbon fiber reinforced plastic (nylon with 45% carbon fiber content). At 300 °C and under high pressure (1800 bar), the levers get their appearance in hardened stainless steel molds.
Since this process has similarities with the production of highly stressed components in large aircraft construction, it was adopted for the production of the rudder arms.
The result is a high-strength component that does not have to shy away from comparison with duralumin. However, it is lighter and more vibration-resistant. All rudder arms are manufactured in Germany on state-of-the-art CNC machines.
