Carbon fiber reinforced plastic forked control horns with scale-like appearance.
Delivered with pre-installed ball joint (Item No. 993021) and M3 screw with stop nut.

- The control horns can be easily glued and painted.
The forked control horns are made from highly compressed carbon fiber plastic (Nylon with 45% carbon fiber content). At 300 °C and under high pressure (1800 bar), the horns are shaped in hardened stainless steel molds.
Since this process is similar to the manufacturing of highly stressed components in large aircraft construction, it was adopted for the production of the control horns.
The result is a high-strength component that does not have to shy away from comparison with duralumin. However, it is lighter and more vibration-resistant. All control horns are manufactured in Germany on state-of-the-art CNC machines.
