Carbon fiber control horn with a realistic appearance.
Comes with a pre-installed ball joint (Item No. 993008) and M2 screw connection with lock nut.
Ball joints Item No. 993009 for M2.5 threaded rod and Item No. 993010 for M3 threaded rod can be installed as replacements.

The forked control horns are made from highly compacted carbon fiber reinforced plastic (nylon with 45% carbon fiber content). The horns are shaped in hardened stainless steel molds at 300 °C and under high pressure (1800 bar).
This process, similar to the manufacturing of highly stressed components in large aircraft construction, was adopted for the production of these control horns.
The result is a high-strength component that rivals duralumin. However, it is lighter and more vibration-resistant. All control horns are manufactured in Germany on state-of-the-art CNC machines.
