To ensure that the high torque of modern digital servos can be transmitted to the rudder smoothly and without play, the forked servo arms have been designed for extreme loads. The force is transmitted centrally to the servo gearing, which prevents jamming of the servo output. The servo arms are made of highly compressed carbon fiber plastic. At 300 °C and under high pressure, the arms are shaped in hardened stainless steel molds. As this process is similar to the production of high-stress components in large aircraft construction, it has been adopted for the production of these servo arms. The result is a high-strength arm that does not shy away from comparison with aluminum. However, it is lighter and more vibration-resistant than aluminum. All servo arms are manufactured in Germany on state-of-the-art CNC machines.

Delivery includes a pre-installed ball joint item no. 993008. Optionally, you can also install ball joints item no. GG993009 (for threaded rod M2.5) and item no. GG993010 (for threaded rod M3). These are not included in the scope of delivery and must be ordered separately.
