20mm Fork Servo Arm for Hitec Servos, PU 1 piece

To ensure that the high torque of modern digital servos can be transmitted to the rudder without play and with smooth movement, the fork servo arms have been designed for extreme loads. The force is transferred centrally to the servo gearing, which prevents the servo output from jamming. The servo arms are made from highly compressed carbon fiber reinforced plastic. The levers are formed in hardened stainless steel molds at 300 °C and under high pressure. This process is similar to the manufacturing of highly stressed components in large aircraft construction, and was therefore adopted for the production of these servo arms. The result is a high-strength arm that does not shy away from comparison with aluminum. However, it is lighter and more vibration-resistant than aluminum. All servo arms are manufactured in Germany on state-of-the-art CNC machines.

Delivery includes the pre-installed ball joint item no. 993008. Alternatively, you can also mount ball joints item no. GG993009 (for threaded rod M2.5) and item no. GG993010 (for threaded rod M3). These are not included in the scope of delivery and must be ordered separately.
