46mm Fork Servo Arm for HiTEC Servos, PU 1 piece
The distance from the servo output to the ball center is 46mm, the fork opening is 6mm. The product is supplied with the ball joint item no. 993021 already installed. To ensure that the high torque of modern digital servos is transmitted smoothly and without play to the controlled element (e.g. rudder), this new design of the fork servo arm has been designed for extreme loads. The power is transmitted from the center of the servo gearing, and the fork lever design effectively prevents the servo output from tilting. The servo arms are made of highly compressed carbon fiber plastic. At 300 °C and under high pressure, the levers are shaped in hardened stainless steel molds. As this process is similar to the production of heavily loaded components in large aircraft construction, it has been adopted for the production of these servo arms. The result is a high-strength component that can easily be compared to Duraluminium. However, it is lighter and more vibration-resistant. All servo arms are manufactured in Germany on state-of-the-art CNC machines.
