A completely new, external housing design with milled cooling fins provides ideal heat dissipation while maintaining low weight. In addition, an internal fan effectively ensures good cooling. Operating noise is reduced to a minimum by the asymmetrically positioned air outlet holes.
This design is already successfully used in the Hacker C50–Competition series. The front and rear end bells are screwed. A very high efficiency is achieved with a new, segmented high-performance rotor made of optimized magnetic material. The B40-Competition is equipped with larger ball bearings than the standard Hacker B40. This significantly reduces friction and improves service life. In addition, a larger internal shaft with a 5mm diameter prevents vibrations at extreme speeds.
The shaft is already equipped with an integrated pinion. The increased power output of the B40-Competition motors is ensured by a strong gearbox with a 6mm output shaft.
Application: F3J, F5J, F3B, light thermal models up to 4m wingspan and max. 3.5kg.
