Pichler # 18079
The name is Passion. Rudder, elevator, and flaps are all you need to experience the fascination and passion of glider flying with this three-meter lightweight. The small electric drive helps to launch into thermals independently of hand-launching. The multi-V-shape stabilizes the model, allows it to circle wonderfully, and looks elegant to boot.
The model is built from laser-cut balsa and plywood parts that fit together precisely, enabling quick construction. The stable plywood fuselage has a tail boom made of a conically tapering CFK tube. Each wing half consists of four parts, each built in a jig. White glue and thick and thin CA glue are recommended for bonding.
The Passion is manufactured in Pichler's in-house laser manufacturing facility in Eggenfelden.
